Statue of Unity

The 182m world’s tallest iconic statue of Sardar Vallabhai Patel, “Statue of Unity” was constructed in the middle of the Narmada River facing Sardar Sarovar Dam in Gujarat. RVS helped to complete the topographic survey of 12 km Naramdha River bed within a 1month duration towards the project benchmark. A milestone and turnkey project of RVS having been completed with accurate survey measurements using drone and satellite mode amidst the crocodile zone and rocky surfaces. A worth painstaking effort!
AVT Tea Estate

The Carady Goody Estate, Kerala nature fresh zone. RVS team performed the topographic survey in 370 acres of land spread across three hills of God’s own country. The First hill project for RVS, amidst the drastic climatic conditions been successfully completed with excellent support from AVT and Netafim. A memorable journey!

The most prestigious campus! RVS had a genuine potential opportunity to conduct the topographic survey for the research work in 198 acres of the extent of bushy forest land in the heart of Bangalore city. An entirely different experience to complete the survey in the stipulated 1-month duration among the snake dwells.
IIT Palakad

IIT Palakkad around the forest zone of Malampuzha Dam near Kanjikode is another feather on our cap. The real challenging experience for the RVS team is to establish the boundary that has been achieved only on surveying from the Dam. It took 45 days to complete the project against the 30 days schedule due to natural instincts like rain and animal interventions. We are proud to highlight that we bag this project in tender bidding from IIT Palakkad as a result of the credibility we gained through previous assignments.
Tiruppur – Bus Stand

JLL Property Consultants India Pvt Ltd a huge international company was taking care of the Tiruppur smart city project. RVS supported JLL to complete the entire As-built survey of the Tiruppur bus stand. Another major contribution to Government projects!

Kasargod, Kerala a hot hilly terrain with high humidity. RVS had a breathtaking opportunity to complete the survey without proper food and water as the 50MW solar project been implemented in the first of its kind tough hilly terrain. Other company has completed half of the work and received the payments too. RVS has been offered a chance to measure 8 acres of plot in Codissia through client references. Coimbatore Corporation when initiated to expand the Sathy road for National Highway, the real-life challenges raised by public and occupants were enormous. RVS team successfully completed the 2.5Km road survey meant for expansion works with the best solution plan to remove encroachments. An interesting experience with police protection!

Kovai Gardens a complete DTCP approved plot by Sakthi Groups. RVS team surveyed the entire 28 acres to perform layout demarcation for 535 individual DTCP approved plots. Though RVS has completed a huge volume of the survey, Kovai Gardens is the first DTCP approved plot handled by RVS on layout demarcation. First DTCP plot survey!

ICLEI South Asia a Switzerland based company wish to analyze the waste management system across 4 major dump yards in India and chosen RVS for a technology-based survey. RVS team used the drone service to provide accurate measurement amidst the huge volume of dump wastes in Coimbatore region. RVS is the first team to perform the dump yard surveys using drones, a historical event as marked by News Magazines. Based on our accuracy in measurements ICLEI provided the opportunity to survey the Silugiri dump yard in West Bengal. RVS team performed the survey even during the recent fire in dump yards to calculate the intensiveness of fire. Sailing through the historical moments!

Palladam Hi-Tech Weaving Park a developed industrial layout approached RVS for complete As-Built survey. RVS with the complete team support including office staffs completed the As-built survey for the existing operational 11Lakh sqft project within 15days time span. We have furnished a detailed drawing with precise data on boundary and topography plans that enabled them to pursue futuristic government plan approvals.
Urban Oasis Mall

Urban Oasis Mall is the largest mall in Hubli, North Karanataka. D-Mart Super Market a Mumbai based company is rolling into Tamilnadu and RVS is the vendor. Among D-Mart projects, Oasis Mall was so complicated and D-Mart has shouldered the responsibility to RVS for the survey works. RVS Team on the high-level data with the help of Total Station furnished a detailed minute report on As-built survey. RVS received marvelous applauds from the client.
